Boudoir PR has been brought in to handle the consumer and trade PR for UK discount television shopping retailer bid.
Boudoir has been briefed to engage with existing target audiences, create buzz around key product launches and exclusive price offerings and drive brand awareness to “unchartered” audiences.
The account team will be headed up Holly Brunskill, Boudoir fashion director, and will report to bid’s commercial director Pamela Aujla.
The agency will handle all areas of PR activity including ongoing media relations and will support the retailer’s social media and events programme. It will work alongside bid’s in-house marketing team and the retailer’s existing agencies including PMA Marketing and Burn Marketing.
Established in 2000, bid offers a range of fashion, jewellery, watches, health, beauty, toys and homeware through its three televisions channels, bid, price drop and speed auction, and online site www.bid.tv.
