Art’Otel – Newly Opened (Early 2023)

Art’Otel’s first UK hotel at London’s Battersea Power Station development has recently opened and delivers on everything its previously promised (and some). Award-winning Spanish artist and designer Jaime Hayon brings a splash of colour and heaps of playfulness to its 164luxurious rooms and suites, with a bold, colourful palette, set against a stunning backdrop of unique art installations. Located within Battersea Roof Gardens as part of the Electric Boulevard, Art’Otel features a rooftop garden heated outdoor infinity pool and hot tub, destination restaurant and double height bar with incredible views over the city.

Raffles at the OWO – Spring 2023

Raffles hotels and Resorts group is set to open its first London address located in the historic Grade II listed former Old War Office in Whitehall. Once inhabited by none other than Winston Churchill and Lord Haldane (and was the inspiration for Ian Fleming’s James Bond stories), The OWO is being carefully restored to create a new all-round luxury residence and leisure destination. Open to the public for the first time The OWO will feature 120 luxury rooms and suites plus 85 branded residencies, an extensive wellness space, luxurious spa plus 11 restaurants and bars including one with rooftop access offering panoramic views across Whitehall, The Mall and Buckingham Palace.

The BoTree – Opening Summer 2023

Blending Marylebone flair and Mayfair chic, the BoTree West End invites guests to immerse themselves in the experience that is created through its 199 guestrooms and suites, destination restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The hotel has a sophisticated, contemporary feel that features natural fabrics and textures with bursts of vibrant colour. Two remarkable restaurants (one which feels like a seamless extension of Marylebone Lane and another on the top floor with breath-taking rooftop views across West London), a live music club (with regular appearances from famous DJs), a state-of-the-art fitness centre and a boutique screening room provide everything you could ever need.

1Hotel Mayfair – Summer 2023

1 Hotel, the mission-driven, sustainable luxury hotel brand will debut its UK flagship hotel in the heart of Mayfair this summer. Overlooking Green Park, 1 Hotel ‘s eco-conscious, modern design will echo it’s nature-inspired, sustainable mission, by bringing the outdoors in. The nine-story hotel will house 184 guest rooms, a bespoke fitness and wellness centre, a celebrated farm-to-table restaurant by two Michelin star chef Tom Sellers grounded in a deep respect for seasonal, organic, locally sourced ingredients, a signature cocktail bar led by a master mixologist and a communal lobby bar, designed to inspire gatherings, new friendships and create a relaxed social energy.

Broadwick Soho – Autumn 2023

Featuring 57 rooms and suits, a Sicilian-inspired restaurant and terrace, rooftop lounge, intimate dining room and speakeasy bar, Broadwick Soho is the first London hotel designed by internationally acclaimed interior architect Martin Brudnizki, the man behind the renowned interiors at Annabel’s and The Wolseley. Inspired by the glamour and history of Soho, rooms are individually designed and feature bold prints, bright wallpaper and extravagant interior lighting offering both opulence and cosiness.

The Emory – Winter 2023

Discreet, elegantly restrained and exquisitely private, The Emory marks the addition of a modern architectural masterpiece to London.
