At B. SUMMER. & BEING, we are committed to proactively reforming our business, industry and the brands we represent at a grassroots level.
This month, we announce the extension of our established Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board: Black Editors, business owners & CEOs, influencers, speakers, & activists. Our diversity board work with us to offer ongoing counsel to our agencies and workforce as to how to continually improve and support diversity through the industry and our working practises. We proactively encourage our brands and beyond to use this counsel and service.
We commit to education – we will visit schools and colleges quarterly to encourage awareness and present opportunity within our industry in predominately black communities.
We commit to hosting quarterly FREE communications workshops including; PR, Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Coding and more.
We will offer an ongoing paid black graduate scheme to provide a much needed stepping stone into our industry. (Application details to be announced.) 5/ We will offer 1 year’s pro bono communications services to a Black-founded brand; annually.
