Comprised of speakers, & activists, editors, business owners & CEOs, influencers and consultants, our Diversity Board works alongside us to offer ongoing communications counsel for brands across the beauty, fashion & lifestyle industries, in an effort to drive deeper and more authentic diversity and inclusion.
As a business representing global multi-category brands, we’re in a privileged position to help make change. We’re committed to speaking up, and proactively influencing positive diversity and inclusion action within our business and the businesses we represent and offer consultation to.
Every business is different. We set up our Diversity Board as a non-for-profit service, to offer tailored, actionable diversity and representation improvement and inclusion measures. Our experts, leaders and specialists represent LGBTQIA+, Ethnic Minority and & Neurodiverse communities.

Anita Bhagwandas
Anita Bhagwandas is an award-winning beauty journalist, author, consultant and speaker. With a rich career in leading roles at Conde Nast Traveller, The Guardian, Glamour, Stylist and Marie Claire, Anita also authors the popular Substack newsletter: The Powder Room. Marrying personal memoir with cultural analysis, her book: “UGLY: Giving Us Back Our Beauty Standards”, has gained widespread acclaim for its exploration of beauty norms.
Sophie Blowfield
Sophie Blowfield is a Freelance Social Media & Luxury Brand Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in global beauty and fashion. Sophie’s impressive career has seen her head up global Social & Content for brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, 111SKIN, La Perla and most recently Hourglass Cosmetics.
Aamirah Essof
Widely recognised online as @abrowngirlrecommends, Aamirah Essof is best known for her detailed product knowledge and engaging enthusiasm for all things beauty. Honing in on her ever growing loyal audience on Pinterest, Instagram & TikTok, Aamirah has become a ‘go to’ in her field, reviewing the hottest product releases that are best suited to deeper skin tones. Aamirah is a trusted online beauty bestie and voice in the industry.
David Fadd
Named as an ‘Influencer to Watch’, David Fadd and his effortless take on streetstyle fashion continues to inspire people globally. David is a regular spokesperson for body positivity and men’s image, encouraging more men to speak out about their body image and confidence. He has been modelling for 7 years and has been using social media to spread the message of self-love and loving the skin you are in.
Liana Fricker
As Inspirer-in-Chief and founder of The Inspiration Space, Liana strives to breathe belief into people who make a living through entrepreneurship, helping them build great companies of the future- today. Her natural ability to inspire others and produce big ideas is the magic behind Inspiration Space. It is Lianas’ belief that entrepreneurship is the way to create the world we want to see.

Sonia Haria is an award-winning journalist, author and brand consultant with over 17 years’ experience in the beauty industry. Sonia also sits on the Advisory Board of the British Beauty Council. Sonia is passionate about celebrating and highlighting important voices and conversations in the British South Asian communities.
Dr. Ateh Jewel
Dr. Ateh Jewel is a multi-award-winning journalist, producer, director, influencer and diversity advocate. Ateh has 20 years of experience in beauty, social commentary and campaign for increased diversity in the beauty industry. Her journalism has seen her write for prestigious publications including British Vogue, The Sunday Times Style, Glamour, Get The Gloss and Harper’s Bazaar.
Lollie King
Lollie King is a TV & Radio presenter and writer. Having got her start after graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in English Literature and Spanish her career has built momentum quickly. Lollies’ work includes writing for titles such as Refinery29, Bustle, Evening Standard and Harpers Bazaar.
Vanese Maddix
Vanese Maddix is a freelance beauty and lifestyle journalist with over four years in the industry. Writing on topics including makeup, skincare, hair, lifestyle & mental health, Vanese has written for titles, including IndyBest, Refinery29, The Zoe Report, HELLO! & Cosmopolitan. She also creates beauty content on both Instagram and TikTok.
Simone Powderly
Simone has fronted fashion campaigns for brands including Marks & Spencer, Adidas and Schwarzkopf, but, away from the camera, she’s a community builder, creating the wellness group ‘Sole Mates Society’ along with ‘Crazy Sexy Cool’ a women’s only party event.
As a content creator with over 40k followers Simone posts about fashion, beauty and wellness sharing her healing journey after surviving child sexual trauma and PTSD.
Adam Reed
From the catwalks of London to the red carpets of New York, Adam Reed has styled some of the world’s most famous heads of the nineties, noughties and beyond.
