Following our announcement in July 2024, we are thrilled to announce that we have further expanded our Diversity Board.
Comprised of speakers, & activists, editors, business owners & CEOs, influencers and consultants, our Diversity Board works alongside us to offer ongoing communications counsel for brands across the beauty, fashion & lifestyle industries, in an effort to drive deeper and more authentic diversity and inclusion.
Our objective is to build better, more inclusive, more responsible, brave and change-making brands.

Twiggy Jalloh

Twiggy Jalloh is a London-born and based beauty & lifestyle journalist, consultant, content creator and host of the personal development and wellness podcast, Take Time With Twiggy. Her words and editorials can be seen at British Vogue.

Jamie Windust

Jamie Windust is an award-winning editor, author and freelance writer. Their work covers LGBTQ+ culture, news and entertainment and has seen them write for DAZED, Men’s Health, The Independent and Metro UK as well as spending four years as Contributing Editor at GAY TIMES, the UKs leading LGBTQ+ magazine. Through their work as a model they have worked with clients such as MAC Cosmetics, Gucci Beauty and Jean Paul Gaultier to share their message of self-acceptance, self-expression and queer authenticity as well as consulting for both beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands such as Urban Outfitters, Virgin, Google and UGG.

L’myah Sherae

Listed by the United Nations as one of the Top 40 Under 40 most influential people of African Descent, L’myah Sherae is the founder and director of Enact Equality, which is an organisation that has spearheaded a transformative anti-racist movement, uniting businesses, global brands, prominent celebrities, and leading charities to challenge systemic inequalities. Enact Equality has also forged a cross-party alliance of politicians at both local and national levels, driving policy change and advancing racial justice across the UK.
L’myah is renowned for leading a national campaign against Afro hair discrimination, which led to new policy guidance being implemented for schools across England, Scotland and Wales.

Tori West

Tori West (she/they) is a creative entrepreneur, speaker/host, founder of BRICKS Magazine and activist for working class accessibility into the creative industries.
With over 1.2m likes on TikTok and a dedicated following on Instagram speaks to a wide range of topics including sustainability, tech and inclusivity. She is fiercely passionate about providing alternative education methods to break marginalised creators into the creative industry and has been tasked with workshops, panel talks and consultancy for all sorts of organisations from schools to major brands with topics including sustainability within fashion, gender and social politics, feminism, mental health and Welsh culture.

Dr Anju Solanki

Dr Anju Solanki (Hons DBA) is an award winning diversity inclusion and mental wellbeing consultant. Hugely passionate for social change, her motivational speaking captures her audience with her authentic and thought provoking topics. Anju has been a Business Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Her work has seen her featured in Forbes, BBC, Good Morning Britain and GB News. She currently sits as Chair of the Advisory Board for Everything In Sport Women’s Edition and is on the Judging panel for one of UK’s largest tech awards, Women In Tech 3 years running. Prior to founding her DEI Consultancy, MEA Consulting Group in 2018, Anju had a successful 12 year career working on the trading floor for top global investment banks, which is where she experienced first hand, the invisible barriers which underrepresented groups face.

With nearly a decade of experience, you can find her fashion, beauty, or lifestyle features in Vogue, Refinery29, Grazia, Marie Claire, The Independent, AnOther Magazine, Dazed Beauty, Cosmopolitan and more. She’s also worked as a copywriter and consultant across brands like Cult Beauty, MAC Cosmetics, Estée Lauder, Clinique and Jo Malone London. Humeara is a champion of South Asian voices, mental health awareness and enjoys writing features that challenge society’s beauty norms.
