We’re very excited to share that Pro Bono is back for 2025, and it’s even bigger than ever. Now in its sixth year, our commitment to providing pro bono communications services to a Black-founded Fashion, Beauty or Fashion brand still remains strong. It’s our way of giving back, helping to amplify brilliant businesses that deserve to be seen and heard.
Over the years, we’ve worked with some incredible brands, including EKO Botanicals, Ashe London, and Akatue Studio, and we can’t wait to discover who will be next.
What’s on offer?
The selected brand will receive a full year of pro bono strategic communications support, including:
- A dedicated PR team (Director, Account Manager and Account Executive)
- UK Press and Influencer outreach (excluding postage costs)
- Event support and sponsorship (4 hours per week)
- A tailored brand and comms toolkit
Who can I apply?
To be eligible, businesses must:
- Be Black-founded, owned and run
- Operate in the Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle space
- Be UK-registered
- Generate less than £1 million in annual revenue
- Have branding, a website (if needed), and product/service ready for January 2026
- Be able to share a business plan
Key dates:
- Applications open: 1st September 2025
- Deadline: 31st October 2025
- Shortlist announced: 5th November 2025
- Winner announced: December 2025
