The role

In line with our continued growth, we’re looking for a Beauty Account Manager to join our beauty division at our London HQ.

We have built up credibility & trust with clients within this division and currently work with some of the industry’s best including; Bondi Sands, Milani, Beauty of Joseon, Maria Nila, Tweezerman, Gem, Kind Patches, Nailberry and Arkive.

Expectations + Requirements…

  • In depth experience within a beauty PR agency or in-house delivering digital first work
  • 3+ years’ account handling experience with multiple clients at a time
  • Exceptional awareness of beauty landscape in the UK (both brand and influencer)
  • Bright, motivated and a self-starter brimming with ideas to share
  • Strong communications skills, written and verbally
  • Holds a collaborative approach with a strong focus on communication
  • Keeping ahead of social formats/trends across platforms and influencers as well as having an understanding with what engages and performs

Role overview

Social Media Manager to join the Being team.

This is a position for a passionate and organised team player who is confident in both client and team management.

As an integral member of the Being team, you will help to bring client activity together, delegating actions, overseeing delivery of content assets adhering to agreed timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and that core Social Media channel management is delivered. You will lead on development of client Social Media channels, team admin and with shoots.

Overseeing Content Creation where needed will be important for the running of client feeds, with trend mining and regular sharing of ideas for our clients being the foundation of this. You will work closely with our Creative team to develop ideas and execute shoots.

You will be a crucial member of the team working alongside our Social and Content Directors and Executives, bringing client scopes to life and delivering operational excellence to support client commitments.

This is a fast paced, growing division. This position is for a self-motivated individual who is keen to get their teeth into a challenge and feed into the agency’s vision for the department.

Expectations + Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience within a fast-paced social media team delivering digital first work and operational excellence for SM channels
  • Developed knowledge of the social media landscape
  • Confident in ability to advise and guide clients towards impactful channel performance and digital growth
  • Passionate about performance – analysing data and applying learnings for growth
  • Proven strong client relationships, confident in navigating different scopes of work and individual client needs
  • Confident navigation of platforms including (but not limited to): TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest
  • Excited by working in a fast paced, female-first, ambitious, and creative workplace
  • Extremely organised individual that takes pride in their work and strives to ensure that the team delivers all work to agency standard
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Keen to stay ahead of social formats/trends across platforms and content creators, as well as having an understanding with what engages and performs
  • Comprehensive understanding of CGC / UGC / EGC content; able to produce shoot moodboards and briefs for creator networks feeding into specific client scopes of work. List of preferred creators for Beauty and Lifestyle content creation preferable
  • Able to lead and deliver strategic analysis on content output – looking at performance insights and data to optimise results
  • Curiosity for SEO alignment with social media platforms as trusted search engines and key word usage to optimise content performance
  • Committed to meeting KPI’s, highly organised with the ability to pick up new processes with outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working within a team environment, support upskilling of Junior team and driving excellence across all output
  • Proficient in CapCut, Adobe (full suite), Premier Pro, Canva, Sprout, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Location

  • 4 days in office with discretionary WFH days allocated with Head of Department. Additional days available upon request in line with client activity
